In fact, since all our creations are unique and created based on the appearance of the wood, the availability of the raw material and the inspiration of the moment, we will make you a similar but completely unique piece as well.
A fee of $50 for this type of order is requested but will be deducted from the price upon final purchase of your item. These fees are non-refundable.
A production delay of a few days (or even one or two weeks) is obviously to be expected since the part must be manufactured especially for you. Following your order, we will contact you by email to give you an estimate of the production time required.
When your item is ready, we will contact you again to send you an image of the item and to explain how to proceed with the final purchase.
NB: If you cannot find the desired product in the list of options offered, it is probably because we no longer offer the possibility of ordering a similar one.
